They realized that if they wanted to find affordable, non-toxic products for their home, they would have to make them on their own. Candles were the first item that the Fleurimonds made together because they missed the fragrant smells that once characterized their home before they learned how toxic those scents were to their family’s health. They then moved into making household cleaners, soaps, and other hygiene products. They were thrilled when they noticed that their family’s seemingly endless ailments were subsiding as they eliminated toxic household products. When family and friends learned that the Fleurimonds were making healthier household products, they offered to pay them to make extras for them. It became clear that there were many people looking for affordable, non-toxic products. And before they knew it, Fleurimond Naturals was born.
